We would like to share our success with those who have collaborated with us – sharing our objectives and especially our philosophy, love for tradition and respect for the nature.

       We will start by  thanking our farmers:

 

·        Commercial meat line, the  breeds  Blue Belga, Garronese, Blonde D’Aquitoine, Piemontese bred with a special diet , all reared  by the  Bertolino family of  Baldissero D’Alba.

·        Pasture meat line, the breeds  Chianina, and Piemontese, reared in the wild state  by the  Renucci Family of  Barga, Garfagnana.

·        Pork wild state line, bred  by Azienda Agricola Torre Olivola  of Todi (Pg)

·        Manufacture sausage, dressed pork factories Martana Carni (Pg).
